I have gambled on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have bet on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of money at 21. The casinos have made it almost impossible to defeat the game.
I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is founded on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy 21. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the action back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets very fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a number of years ago with $750 after 60 minutes using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first $5 bet
Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial ten dollar wager
Bet $10
Leave 10 dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Wager 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original forty dollar wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of $80
Bet $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first 80 dollar bet
Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager $160
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial 160 dollar wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
