I have wagered on countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the casinos when I was 16. I have gambled on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost a lot of money at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it basically impossible to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this method or defeat the casino, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This method is based on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years back with $750 after 35 mins using this method! And a few weeks ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the streaks you see playing this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Wager $5
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 wager
Wager $5
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $10
Wager 10 dollar
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $10 wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $20 wager
Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original forty dollar bet
Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar wager
Wager 80 dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager $160
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar wager
If you departed at this point you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you must NOT alter and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
