I have played countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of funds at blackjack. I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get loaded with this method or defeat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely exciting at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this tactic! And a few days ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You have to comprehend that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you see gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.

Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the original $20 wager

Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial $40 wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is hard to go on a run this long, but it occasionally happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your bet or the final result will not be the same.
