I have enjoyed millions of hands of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have gambled on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of bankroll at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to beat the game.
I still like the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get loaded with this method or defeat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I bet with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I bet the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very fun on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had awesome runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a few years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this tactic! And a number of weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice gamble this way. Below is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.

Take $5 paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original $10 wager

Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 20 dollar bet
Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40
Bet 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total bet of $80
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the initial 80 dollar bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial one hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your bet or the final result will not be the same.
